Hailed a huge success, Algeria Future Energy attracted almost 600 delegates alongside 20 exhibitors, 40 speakers as well as many international and local press and media partners – all of whom travelled from over 40 countries to attend the Summit. We look forward to welcoming you next year on 14 – 15 October 2019.


Deals done at the 2018 Summit

  • The CEO of Sonatrach along with CEOs of Eni and Total, signed an exclusive partnership for offshore exploration on Day One of the event
    • Total commits to working with SONATRACH to identify new project opportunities in the field of renewable energies
    • Eni take a 49% stake in three oil concessions in the onshore. ENI and Sonatrach will carry out an important exploration program in order to develop the reserves
  • SONATRACH-BP-EQUINOR signed a contract to develop gaz production
  • Air Products and SONATRACH team up on two projects that will be carried out by HELIOS. These projects will focus on the connection of the unit from the production of helium to LNG and the realization of two air separation units
